Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and processes to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Coach and train sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to expedite application processing and funding.
  • Monitor and analyze sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to drive informed decisions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and communicate feedback to the COO in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the Re-Advance closing ratio of the KAM team.
  • Facilitate weekly sales team meetings to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and market challenges.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one performance counselling meetings with identified KAMs.
  • Conduct half-day co-travels with each KAM once a month.
  • Monitor the day-to-day administration KPIs of KAMs, ensuring adherence to report deadlines.
  • Oversee lead submissions by KAMs to Business Coordinators and take necessary actions.
  • Prepare and submit a comprehensive General Operations Report, including team progress and proposed pipelines.
  • Provide ongoing support to the team through guidance, training, problem resolution, and daily motivation to align with Cash Flow Capital’s annual goals.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, driving sales representatives to perform at their best.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients and partners.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial industry.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in the merchant cash advance or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
